The latest terminal requires benefit of ViaSat's long history of supplying ruggedized gear to tactical warfighters in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines.

BGAN is the world's initial phone communications service to pass through many voice and broadband IP information to an extremely portable device on worldwide basis. It supports mobile broadband data at speeds approximately half-a-megabit every second, and guaranteed IP data rates up to 256 kbps.
